When I was a child, it seems I didn't talk very much. My father would tell me that when he looked into my eyes to see if anyone was in there he could almost hear the wheels turning. What was I thinking? I have no idea, but I guess that I was practicing to listen and observe. Developing this third eye was key to my growth as an artist, and it is what fuels my pursuit to document everyday life.
